Responsibilities

• To drive customer behaviour and loyalty through developing innovative and engaging marketing campaigns.
• Developing and delivering marketing campaigns linking the Brand, Retail and Digital Marketing teams
• Leading a small marketing team
• Exploring new media channels to develop brand development
• Work closely with the CMO and other senior / heads of to develop and grow the brand.

Skills Required

• Strong experience within Digital Marketing
• A good understanding of business needs, and commercially astute
• Solid understanding of marketing concepts and proven track record in practical and successful application
• Ideally has a background working within retail, Fashion retail would be an advantage.
• Proven experience of managing a team, and leading and delegating where needed.
• A people person who’s able to build strong working relationships with people at all levels
• Strong analytical and problem solving skills with the ability to overcome business issues, propose solutions and make commercial decisions
